George Orlych, VP – Technical Operations, has more than 20 years experience in the silicone coating industry. His background includes a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MS in Polymer Science, and he has been awarded several patents. He has been a guest speaker at numerous trade conferences and published more than a dozen articles dealing with silicone release systems.
